Coffee Aces visit square mile
We’re always learning. Our coffee aces recently visited our London roasters, Square Mile Coffee, on a coffee-fuelled training day to discover and perfect our artform of making the perfect cup of coffee. A big thank you to Simon James French of Square Mile Coffee for showing us around their incredible facilities (the smell was amazing!), explaining how the beans are processed, as well as indulging us in the science of coffee.
